Foxgate at Islip Begins Construction on Second Phase

Foxgate_at_Islip_HomeCENTRAL ISLIP, NY — Following the sellout of Foxgate at Islip’s first phase of 40 luxury condominium units, the second release of 46 units has broken ground and already nearing 25% pre-sold in Suffolk County.

Each home will feature two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, central air, premium appliances, and added features throughout. New to this phase is the addition of second floor balconies providing panoramic views. These spacious units, ranging in price from $270,000 to $295,000, will offer either full-height basements or upper loft areas overlooking rooms with 19-foot vaulted ceilings.

On-site amenities include a luxurious clubhouse, fully-equipped gym, multi-purpose lounge, outdoor heated pool, serene pond, and scenic walking paths leading into a community park and recreation area.

“With all permits now secured, construction has been running according to schedule,” said Michael Puntillo, Managing Partner of Foxgate and builder of the complex. “Simultaneously, our sales and marketing initiatives have been moving at a rapid pace and we are seeing solid momentum in the pre-sale of these homes.”

Mr. Puntillo added, “We are catering to a clientele that is looking for a mix of luxury, value, lifestyle and convenience, unlike anything else available on Long Island. Foxgate at Islip is centrally located to the Long Island Expressway, Southern State Parkway, Long Island Rail Road, shopping, and Long Island’s most beautiful beaches.”

Fully-decorated models are open for viewing every day of the week except Tuesdays.

Foxgate at Islip is a 184-unit, luxury condominium community located on Eastview Drive and Lowell Avenue in the hamlet of Central Islip. Situated on property formerly owned by New York Institute of Technology, the community encompasses nearly 25 acres of professionally landscaped grounds, located two miles south of the Long Island Expressway, a quarter-mile from the Southern State Parkway, and a short distance to the Long Island Rail Road’s Central Islip Station.
