Deloitte also saw a significant increase in the number of new female partners globally over the last year.  Twenty-six percent of new partners are women, an increase of thirty-two percent from 2015.

Deloitte’s commitment to developing the world’s most talented business leaders is central to its strategy. Through significant long-term investments in professional development along with enriching business assignments Deloitte has built a diverse, inclusive, and closely connected network of leaders.

Deloitte Global CEO Punit Renjen said: “We congratulate our new leaders. The path to member firm partnership is not easy. These women and men have distinguished Deloitte by serving clients with integrity and excellence, developing highly functioning teams and giving back to their communities. By leading with purpose, they have found innovative solutions that help solve complex challenges and make a meaningful impact.
