New York & Co. CEO to Go Undercover

NEW YORK — Greg Scott, CEO of women’s clothing retailer New York & Company will be featured next week on the CBS series “Undercover Boss” Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 8 PM on the CBS Television Network. During his undercover journey, Scott visits four unsuspecting stores to experience the candid reality of what happens at the store level.

Scott attempts to disguise himself on the show with a fake name, new hairstyle and different clothing to conceal his true identity.

“While undercover, I saw many opportunities that I wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. I heard so many great ideas to improve processes for our store teams and I was also able learn how to elevate the in-store experience for our customers,” Scott said after the undercover process. “Moving forward, I plan to implement many of these ideas into our stores. Getting to know our customer on a more personal level will ultimately help grow our sales and increase profitability for New York & Company.”

During the show on Dec. 28, Scott will be addressing questions through the company’s Twitter account in real-time, giving fans and customers a chance to learn more about New York & Company and the CEO. He will be reminiscing and sharing personal thoughts of his undercover experiences, as well as answering questions from fans.
