NEW YORK — Al Horno has opened a new location in the Financial District located at 110 Pearl Street. This marks the rapidly growing Mexican restaurant’s 5th location in NYC. “Al Horno,” which in Spanish means “oven baked” has Mexican food that is healthy and unique.
“We offer the kind of Mexican food that people just can’t find anywhere else and that’s why we’ve grown so quickly,” Al Horno manager John explained. “Our customers love our food because it is more than just tasty, it is also packed with nutrition. People working on Wall Street need tons of energy and our food will give them the delicious boost they need!”
Al Horno’s menu emphasizes delicious flavors and healthy ingredients. Food is never fried and no oil is used. In addition, the restaurant’s protein choices, such as its chicken and beef, are grass fed and free of antibiotics and hormones. Other healthy menu features include carefully selected low-fat cheeses, vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as Mexican juice bar that features juices, shakes and smoothies.
Over the years, Al Horno Lean Mexican Kitchen has distinguished itself from the competition, in part, thanks to its highly innovative menu. Menu items such as its Cactus Burrito with chicken, Avocado Quinoa Salad, Power Pear Salad and Mexican Remedy juice featuring anti-inflammatory rich turmeric, cayenne pepper and carrots are just a few examples of the innovation-packed menu.
Al Horno also offers a Catering Menu that can handle from 10 to over 1,000 event goers.
