Leopard Des Artistes Restaurant in NYC Names New Executive Chef

NEW YORK — The Leopard at des Artistes, an Italian restaurant nestled in the historic Hotel Des Artistes in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, has appointed Vincenzo Adamo as the new Executive Chef. Operated under the Il Gattopardo Group, The Leopard is set to embark on a new culinary chapter with Chef Vincenzo at the helm.

Born and raised in the beautiful southern Italian city of Naples, Chef Vincenzo Adamo brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a genuine passion for the art of Italian cooking to this acclaimed New York establishment. A graduate of the highly regarded culinary school of Roccaraso, Vincenzo’s journey in the culinary world has taken him from the Amalfi Coast to Venice, the United Kingdom, and, ultimately, to the United States.

In 2022, Chef Vincenzo joined The Leopard at des Artistes team as Sous Chef, showcasing his culinary prowess and dedication to the art of Italian cuisine. In recognition of his exceptional skills and commitment to excellence, Vincenzo has been promoted to the position of Executive Chef in 2024.
