Prosek Partners Opens Flagship NYC Office

NEW YORK — Prosek Partners, an integrated marketing and communications firm, has opened its new flagship office in New York City. Located in the NoMad neighborhood at 28 East 28th Street and Madison Avenue, the 34,000 square foot office spans the building’s 15th floor, creating an open space that fosters both creativity and connection.

Since moving from its prior space at 105 Madison Avenue, the firm has grown to over 400 employees, 200 of which are based in New York City.

“It was a very tough decision in the middle of the pandemic to lease a bigger space for ten years in Manhattan,” said Jennifer Prosek, Founder and Managing Partner. “But we made a bet on New York City, and a bet on our culture, and decided to move to a space that would naturally draw people back into the office, instead of forcing them. I promised I would build something “better than home.”

From the beginning, award-winning Andre Kikoski Architecture (AKA) embraced this opportunity to think about the future of work. Inspired by the intimacy of home, AKA energized Prosek Partners’ office space with elements of nature, bold colors and references to Prosek’s identity to bring the firm’s brand to life with a sense of personalization and innovation. The office weaves residential inspired “living room” social spaces and more intimate huddle rooms throughout to offer new ways of working and foster opportunities for the team to build meaningful relationships. Floor-to-ceiling windows, live greenery, a café referencing AKA’s work at the Guggenheim Museum, and a wraparound outdoor terrace, where employees and guests can take in views of the Empire State Building, Madison Square Park and One World Trade Center, complete this vision.

“We designed the office to be a social hub that fosters community and creativity in ways that cannot be accomplished at home or in a more typical office,” said architect Andre Kikoski, adding that “the new office is a bold representation of Jen’s vision and the firm’s incredible culture.”

In addition to New York, Prosek has recently opened a new office in London, and has locations in Washington, D.C.; Boston; Los Angeles; Palm Beach; Fairfield, CT; and Cape Town, South Africa.
