Momofuku, the operator of a mini-empire of Asian restaurants, has opened a new Noodle Bar on the third floor of the Shops at Columbus Circle inside the Time Warner Center in Manhattan.
Momofuku Noodle Bar serves a changing roster of ramen noodles, steamed breads, soft serve, and daily dishes.
Momofuku Noodle Bar is open for lunch Mon-Sat: 11:30am-4:00pm and dinner Mon-Sat: 5:00pm-10:30pm. The restaurant will open on Sundays starting December 2.
This is the second Noodle Bar location in Manhattan with the original at 171 First Avenue in the East Village.
The company has also opened a take out-only Korean restaurant called Bāng Bar next to Noodle Bar in Time Warner Center.
Bāng Bar is built around Bāng flatbread and the vertical spit, serving a rotating selection of roasted meats, bowls, and dips, all served with flatbread. Bāng means bread in Korean.
