AirExpert Scores $3 Million Investment

BUFFALO –– AireXpert, a provider of aerospace and aviation collaboration and automation solutions, has closed a $3 million oversubscribed investment round. This funding, led by Miami-based growth equity firm Reformation Partners, marks a significant milestone for AireXpert as it continues to redefine the landscape of technology for airlines and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) organizations.

Andy Hakes, Founder & CEO of AireXpert, said, “2023 has been an amazing year. We’ve forged partnerships with some of the world’s most respected airline brands and MROs. As the industry increasingly embraces technology-driven solutions, we are excited to deliver an entirely new experience that provides real-world value from day one.”

The investment comes at a crucial juncture as aircraft operators and MRO organizations pivot towards technology to address their pressing challenges. AireXpert is poised to capitalize on this shift, with Maintenance and Finance leadership teams now actively guiding development and integration roadmaps.

The investment round will enable AireXpert to further enhance its team, accelerating expansion into key markets. Launch New York, the most active seed fund in the state, has been a steadfast supporter and investor in AireXpert, playing a pivotal role in facilitating connections with Reformation Partners.

David Rogg, Managing Partner of Reformation, adds, “Andy and his team have incredible domain expertise and have built a mission-critical system that saves its airline and MRO customers significant time and cost during maintenance events. We are excited to support the next phase of growth for the company as it continues to build-out its already strong roster of airline and MRO partners and adds more valuable features to its platform.”
