Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill has officially opened its newest location at 1577 Route 22 in Brewster, NY, marking a significant milestone in the fast-casual chain’s expansion across the Hudson Valley and Tri-State area. Known for its open kitchen concept, fresh ingredients, and on-site preparation, the Brewster restaurant becomes the brand’s 17th location.
Salsa Fresca Mexican Grill opened its Brewster location on June 2, bringing 25 new jobs to the community. To celebrate, the restaurant will have an official grand opening Friday, July 25. “It’s been a long time coming, but we’re absolutely thrilled to finally open our doors in Brewster,” said co-owner John Tucker. “This community has been on our radar for years, and we’re excited to bring our fresh food and friendly atmosphere to the area.”
Salsa Fresca continues to expand with a focus on community integration, employee engagement, and environmentally responsible operations. The restaurant’s commitment to sustainability includes recycling cooking oil into bio-diesel, sourcing humanely raised beef and all-natural chicken, and striving for zero-waste practices.
