The New York-based law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore says it has elected seven new partners beginning in the New year.
The new partners are:
- Isaac C. Beerman (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on banking matters.
- Alexander E. Greenberg (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., Bates College), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
- Jana I. Hymowitz (J.D., Brooklyn Law School; LL.M., New York University School of Law; B.A., Bard College), a member of Cravath’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department.
- Jackson Lam (LL.B., Monash University; B.Com., Monash University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on banking and leveraged finance matters.
- Edward O. Minturn (J.D., New York University School of Law; B.A., Duke University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
- Margaret R. M. Rallings (J.D., Georgetown University Law Center; M.A., Stanford University; B.A., Stanford University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on capital markets and leveraged finance matters.
- Sarah F. Rosen (J.D., Columbia Law School; B.A., New York University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where she focuses on banking matters.
The new partners will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2025.
Cravath also announced it has elected Saagar Kaul, April Michelle Kent, Dean M. Nickles, Nathan Noh, Ellen H. Park and Patrick S. Taylor as of counsels of the Firm, effective January 1, 2025.
