SI Swimsuit Issue Features Four Different Covers

NEW YORKSports Illustrated Swimsuit has released its highly anticipated 2025 issue, featuring four different covers. This year’s cover models include Salma Hayek Pinault, Jordan Chiles, Olivia Dunne and Lauren Chan. Hayek Pinault was photographed by Ruven Afanador; Chiles by Ben Horton; and Dunne and Chan by Ben Watts.

The 2025 issue showcases an elite lineup of internationally recognized figures — from A-list entertainers to world-class athletes and pop culture powerhouses — captured against breathtaking backdrops including the beaches of The Boca Raton, Bermuda, and Jamaica; the mountains of Saas-Fee and the beautiful city of Zurich, both in Switzerland; the streets of Fort Worth; and the hidden gem of Cuixmala in Mexico. Each image tells a story of strength, allure and undeniable presence.

To celebrate the release, SI Swimsuit will be taking over New York City. From throwing the first pitch at a Mets game to lighting the Empire State Building and hosting a star-studded red carpet event, the festivities will highlight the issue’s impact. Additionally, SI Swimsuit will debut The Social Club — a members-only, pop-up experience featuring live shows with Not Skinny But Not Fat hosted by Amanda Hirsch and She’s So Lucky hosted by Les Alfred from Dear Media and a live show with SI Swimsuit talent hosted by Kaitlyn Bristowe, celeb-led workouts with Rumble, SOTO Method and Sculpt with Katie Austin, private styling sessions with the SI Swimsuit team, immersive beauty lounges featuring Attain Med Spa and Kellie Anne Sewell, and limited-edition merchandise. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit has always been about more than swimsuits and stunning imagery,” said MJ Day, Editor in Chief of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “It’s about creating a platform to capture moments that define our times, celebrating people who are shaping culture, and showcasing beauty on a world stage.”

“Every single woman included this year brings with her a unique and powerful reason for being featured in the issue. Whether it’s about what she represents, the impact she’s making, or the change she’s driving in her own life and the world around her, these women show up with passion and purpose.”

“There’s Salma Hayek Pinault, a force of nature as an actor, director, producer, and champion for women. There’s Olivia Dunne, who has changed the game for athletes everywhere—one of the first to leverage the power of name, image, and likeness deals, she’s built a brand that is both financially successful and authentically her own. There’s Jordan Chiles, whose trademark is her resilience; she stands as a symbol of strength, showing us all that perseverance and joy can coexist in powerful ways. And there’s Lauren Chan, who is rewriting fashion’s narrative. She challenges the industry’s narrow standards, offering a new vision where all bodies and stories are celebrated.”

“These women, along with our 34 other incredible models, have joined forces to carry the SI Swimsuit torch for 2025.”

With its signature blend of glamour and gravitas, SI Swimsuit remains one of the most anticipated and talked-about media releases each year. The 2025 issue continues that tradition — merging high fashion, celebrity and global adventure into one unforgettable collection of images.

These initiatives not only fortifies our engagement strategy but also amplifies the value proposition for brand partners seeking to connect with our expansive and dedicated audience, numbering in the millions.”
