AlphaSense Moving Headquarters to Hudson Yards

NEW YORK — AlphaSense, a market intelligence platform used by over 6,000 companies, is moving to a new global headquarters location in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood from its current location in Union Square. The move underscores AlphaSense’s strategic focus on innovation and its mission to equip enterprise leaders with the insights they need to make faster, smarter decisions.

AlphaSense’s new headquarters, located at 441 Ninth Avenue – Hudson Commons, provides a dynamic workspace ideally suited for the company’s rapidly growing teams in the greater New York City area. To accelerate product development and strengthen go-to-market efforts, the state-of-the-art space is equipped with advanced technology, modern workstations, an improved blend of meeting rooms, offices, and touchdown areas, and enhanced building amenities to facilitate collaboration and productivity.

“Our new headquarters at the gateway of Hudson Yards represents a long-term investment in our people, our culture, and our presence in New York City,” said John Reid-Dodick, Chief People Officer of AlphaSense. “The expanded footprint and elevated, flexible design not only gives our on-site teams room to comfortably grow, but it reflects who we are as a company: a bold and modern force in shaping the future of work. Being rooted in the heart of one of Manhattan’s fast-growing business and cultural epicenters, just steps from many of our clients, sends a clear message: AlphaSense is building for the future.”

“Our new headquarters in Hudson Yards reflects both our incredible growth and our continued investment in our team and innovation,” said Jack Kokko, CEO and Founder of AlphaSense. “As we scale globally, this move to our new global hub in NYC enables us to expand our team with even more top talent and invite our clients to meet and collaborate with us as we build and innovate together.”

The new headquarters adds to AlphaSense’s expanded global presence in recent years, which includes the opening of a regional hub in Singapore, an expanded London office space, and the addition of a Chicago office with the acquisition of Tegus. This continued expansion strengthens the company’s ability to serve financial institutions, corporations, and professional services firms everywhere with AI-driven insights that empower better business decisions. While nearly one-third of AlphaSense employees work fully remotely, the company has established a global presence with offices in 10 cities around the world.

AlphaSense has selected Savills as its global real estate partner of choice and was represented by the firm throughout the transaction. TPG Architecture is expected to lead interior design and architecture efforts for the new space.

“Savills is proud to serve as AlphaSense’s global real estate partner and support their continued growth with a new world headquarters in Hudson Yards — a dynamic neighborhood that reflects their forward-looking culture and vision,” said Allyson Bowen, Senior Managing Director at Savills.
