Jeff Zucker, President of CNN, has stepped down effective immediately after admitting to having an affair with a colleague at CNN that also worked as communications director for former Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Brian Stelter, CNN’s media correspondent, posted a memo from Zucker on Twitter.

Stelter posted that three executives will temporarily lead CNN until a full-time replacement is named. The executives are Michael Bass, Amy Entelis, and Ken Jautz.
Zucker has been with CNN for the past 12 years and was also President of NBC.
