Northwell Health celebrated the opening of its new ambulatory care center in Fresh Meadows with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, Nov. 4. The state-of-the-art facility, located at 176-60 Union Turnpike, expands access to high-quality care for residents of Fresh Meadows and surrounding communities.
The 17,688-square-foot facility features 19 exam rooms, including a dedicated stress/echocardiography room and vascular lab. The practice supports existing programs at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and brings new care options to the Fresh Meadows community. Northwell moved its previous Fresh Meadows cancer treatment center to Rego Park.
The new Northwell Health Physician Partners location offers a wide range of services, including:
- primary care
- cardiology
- vascular surgery
- neurosurgery
- surgical oncology
- colorectal surgery
- endocrinology
- urology
- general surgery
- neurology
Northwell also plans to expand the facility’s offerings in the future.

The new Fresh Meadows location supports Northwell’s mission to expand access to comprehensive, coordinated care for families close to home. It is part of Northwell Health’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to care in Queens.
